Secretary General, BPEF writes to Secretary(Posts) for individual targets and undue pressure to employees causing mental harassment

BPEF urges immediate intervention against individual targets, undue pressure and mental harassment of postal employees. The Federation has highlighted continued target-based pressure relating to digital transactions, PLI/RPLI policies and premium collection, particularly on operational and counter staff, and has called upon the Department of Posts to ensure that employees are not subjected to punitive action or excessive pressure for non-achievement of such targets.
